Is it safe to take? I've heard both good and bad things about it. It's said to reduce chances of getting breast cancer and ovarian cancer. It just doesn't seem normal to only have 4 periods a year.
Seasonal birth control?
I believe seasonale is targeted towards women who have trouble with their menstrual cycle. Like very heavy flow or terrible cramps or whatever. If your period isn't too bad to deal with I would stick with having a cycle once a month. I like yasmin
