my co-worker said she is leaking some brown stuff from her rectum from time to tme. she is worried. she said it smells like strong urine and a nasty foul smell. she said she dont have insurance yet and cant do to the doctor. she think its maybe cervix or ovarian cancer. she heard that it wil leak like that in its later stage. what do u think? if it was cancer wouldnt she be in chronic pain? she in no kind if pain. help me to help her.
Help my co-worker?
Go to the county/city hospital. Government hospital won't turn away anyone who seeks help. If you don't have money, they put you down as charity case. Your co-worker should have it check.

Reply:If she's leaking from her rectum then it's unlikely to be from pathology from the front passage. It's probably some problem with her back passage but could be anything so she really needs a doctor - insurance or not.
Why is it Americans feel insurance should pay for their health. Would it not be prudent to spend a little of your own money for the peace of mind?
