How do you know?

theres a girl at my school who looks absolutely pregnant. as the weeks go by, her stomach just gets bigger and bigger. she looks like shes going to explode. Many of my friends have asked her if shes pregnant and she says no, but she looks it. My friend told me its possible that she has ovarian cancer, but this girl is a freshman. Only like 14 years old and i dont know how someone could get that type of cancer so young. Im pretty sure her and her boyfriend are in a sexual relationship because in the hallway they are always like making out and sucking eachothers necks and touching eachother. I think shes in denial and all the other people in my school are pretty sure shes prego what do you think?

I have a few things to tell you.





Number one, I don't want you to base your decisions solely on my opinion. I will give you my opinion, but not being there and seeing the girl myself, this is just a conjecture.





Number two, I don't advise you to be making any rash decisions for this girl, whatever is going on is her business and you really don't have a righ to interfere.





My opinion:





This girl is most likely pregnant and knows it, but isn't admitting it in school to save herself embarassment. Maybe try to talk it over with her and let her know that its alright?





Also, if she isn't pregnant, there are other possibilities. She could have a tumor in her stomach. Once in ym office, this lady suddenly grew so fat that doctors thought she was pregnant with triplets. However, she was a virgin. They dd surgery on her and found two soccer ball-sized tumors in her. I'm not trying to scare you, but test all possibilities.
