The pain never lasts long. But it always comes back. I was checked for a ovarian cancer. But nothing there. My stomach is always making alot of noise too. Like gas. Whats wrong with me???
I occassionally get pains in my lower stomach, what could it be?

actually im also a nurse, ide say gas. it can definatley feel that way, try some over the counter gas medicine, like gas-x, beano whatever. dont fear the generic. good luck %26amp;god bless your belly sweetie.

Reply:my wife does too- she gets cysts on her ovaries. scary, yes, but harmful? likely not. get it checked out though. might be serious
Reply:Could be an ulcer or your gall bladder. You will need to have an mri on your abdomin to find out. Its painless. You need to ask your doc so they can run the needed tests.
It could also be your liver.
Do some research on ulcers and see if that seems like what is happening.
