I have a solid mass in my breast that's microlobulated oval elongated Bi-Rads 4. Is it cancer?

Confirmed by mammogram and U/S. Externally Isoechoic in heterogeneously dense breasts. It has partially defined/obsured microlobulated margins. Internal echostructure is homogeneous and hypoechoic relative to adipose tissue. It's 9mm and in the anterior region of the right breast at 12 0'clock position. I had a hysterectomy at age 25. My mother had ovarian cancer at age 26. I also have been tested for the "cancer gene" and do have it. I am 33 years old with 4 children. Have had a 15 pound weight loss this month (135 down to 120). I have had vague symptoms of cancer for 3 years now and have been treated for fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome for years. Can all of these things still add up to be nothing? HELP!!!!!

You seem to be well educated on what is wrong.Saying that, if the doctor hasn`t made arrangments for more test then do so immediately.Don`t play around with your health. But I really don`t think you needed me tell you that.I`ve had breast cancer.Do something now.And good luck.Prayer helped me and I`ve said one for you.
Reply:it could be cancer but maybe not. to be sure just go ask your doctor. if your mother had it then you have a pretty good chance you'll get iit so take that doctor trip quick.
Reply:you probably do have cancer. its best to prepare for the worst, but hope for the best. make sure your kids know you love them, and look into any and all treatment available.

you can be the most careful person in the world your whole life, and still break your leg. you're not immune, just because you've already had your fair share of problems. it can happen to you, again and again, you're not alone. lighting does strike twice.

we live in a world where everything today causes cancer, cell phones, deodorant, microwave ovens, it was bound to happen, especially if it runs in your family.
Reply:See a doctor. If you understand all that medical terminology in you question you should know the answer. Or did you just quote the radiologist's report. Naturally you would be worried but let your doctor mak any diagnosis.
