What are the symptoms of uterine and ovarian cancer?
Cancer possibility???
Uterine cancer would cause lower abdominal pain, but its most telling feature is vaginal bleeding in a post-menopausal woman. Ovarian cancer is a great killer because of its stealth. Does not show itself until it is very late. Either one could cause nausea, weight loss, loss of energy. Again, these are late symptoms. Doing a CT or ultrasound of the belly is a simple way to diagnose both...Hope that helps.
Reply:tumors in the ovary and uterus
Reply:only exam can show
Reply:Unusual bleeding, spotting, or other discharge is a symptom and Pelvic pain and/or mass and weight loss is another.
Go to the gyno Dr and get a Pap smear. You should go to the Dr at least once a year.
Reply:You can not really determine it is cancer unless you undergo clinical test.I recently had cancer surgery and was told for a year that it was a broken blood vessel. Therefore when the situation did not progress, further test were finally run and consequently I lost my breast because of it.I am urging you to go to a Dr.and have some test run.
Reply:spotting, unusual discharge, no period at all, bloating of the lower abdomin, swelling of the uterus. i was check for this 4 weeks ago. they did a chest xray, blood work, they can check for certain cancers thru blood, and they did a ultrasound of my uterus, ovaries and fallopin tubes.
